    Learn about healthy diet and exercise choices. FHC has daily exercise classes and provides a personal trainer to help with the exercise equipment. Ask about special classes for those with arthritis, diabetes, etc.

  • HIV Education Programming- Ask for Micki. Learn about HIV and treatment options. (HIV U, HIV WOW)

Medical, nursing, social work, law, dental, dental hygienist, medical and dental assistant students, residents and interns are all welcome at Family Health Care. Your body makes all the cholesterol you need to keep you healthy. When you eat foods high in saturated fat and cholesterol, your body can make too much cholesterol. Over time, this extra cholesterol can clog your arteries. You are then at risk for having a heart attack.
